  1. Can I place an order? Will deliver?

Yes,’s activities are continuous. We aim to deliver within hours from your order, or if you place your order later in the day, we deliver the very next day.  

  1. Can I make returns?

Yes. If something doesn’t work out for you, you can send most items back within 15 days of delivery. All frozen or cold products must be returned within 3 days of delivery. The item must be in new or unused condition. We will refund the full cost of the item if the return is a result of our error or a defective product. We will grant a partial refund for opened or used products.   

  1. Are there delivery fees?

We have three delivery options.

  • Next Day Delivery is Free of charge
  • Same Day Delivery is Awg 7.50
  • Priority Delivery is Awg 12.50
  1. What is doing to keep customers and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic?

We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 in all aspects of our work and community. In addition to those affected by the illness, many more are indirectly dealing with changes in their work, school, and community environments. We ensure our team is appropriately protected as they deliver excellent service to our customers, and we ensure our tools and resources are properly disinfected.

  1. Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?

Yes.'s delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back, if the customers requires to do so. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.

You can also choose a safe location where the driver can leave your package if you are not able to answer the door. To provide delivery instructions, please go to Your Address Book and select "Add delivery instructions" for the address you want to update.
